I would give them ZERO stars if I could. The "electrician" who came to help was really a con man. He came to fix my grandparents' Ring doorbell, which was already purchased and installed bin another company, but not recording video. He spent hours wasting time making phone calls and working in the attic. There was absolutely no reason for him to be in the attic when all of the Ring equipment and software is on the device on the front door. He charged them $861 to fix a stupid little doorbell!!!!! He took advantage of my sweet senior grandparents. He swindled them out of their time and money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

Dave Gibson came out to help install a car charger for my house. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! The price ended up being half as much as any hour services quoted me. I would definitely recommend this company to do your electrical work! Service: Electric car charger installation

They did the job eventually, but scheduling was like pulling teeth. The customer service rep would consistently promise a time and the time just kept slipping by the hour... Then by the day... Their technicians even came to my house and had to abruptly leave for another job before even starting the scheduled work. It was difficult to deal with and I would recommend seeking out a different company unless Lucent guarantees the best price!
