Newport Audio Video & Electric

We are not completely finished with our basement finish and remodel, but so far Newport has provided great service. They have been professional and great with communication. They have been here when they have said they would. Since we are still in the middle of the project, I can’t yet speak for finish quality and value, but thus far I have been impressed and appreciative of what they have done. I anticipate I will be highly satisfied with final touches and theater room. Again, they are great at communicating and have been reliable (something that I have found other contractors struggle with). I mostly worked with Travis, but others that have come by have been great as well. I also have had a lot of questions a long the way and they have been great at being patient with my questions and keeping me informed. I would recommend them for sure. We used Newport Electric a couple of years ago when we finished our basement and they did an amazing job! We called them back recently to add several lights and a ceiling fan to a new pavilion in the backyard. Austin Wilemon was the technician on the project and he was wonderful! He was so professional, competent, patient and kind. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the lighting was perfect. Everything works wonderfully well. It was a pleasant experience having him work at our home. Newport Electric is the company to use!! I recently built a house through a custom builder and my builder used Newport and I have to say that my experience working with them has been awesome!
