Erik and Mason were both very professional, courteous, and thorough! Mason did the original cleanup and set up fans for drying, and Eric followed up to check the drying process. Eric communicated effectively with the independent adjuster regarding recommendations made to our insurance. Overall, we were very impressed with Servpro! We recently had water damage in our home. When it happened, we were out of town and Servpro stepped right in to help mitigate the damage and cleanup process. Working with Erik Garcia was awesome!
