Ryan really saved us. Our furnace went out last Wednesday, forcing us to rely on portable heaters. After many companies that weren’t able to help us, AAA sent out a technician that was able to start on the job but later finding out he had installed bad components leading him to give up and leave the job. I was able to get Ryan to check it out and he spent about 2 days cleaning up the other technician’s mess and finally it was resolved and we got heat after a week, Ryan with Element Heating is your go-to! He explained pros and cons of the different options and helped us make the best decision for our needs. There was no pressure or feeling of being up sold for things we didn't need. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. They were very clean and did not leave a mess.They definitely know their business and care about the customer and doing the job right. Very honest and trustworthy.
