My brother referred me to Element H&C when our 20 year old system failed. Ryan was quick to respond and gave us the option to try and replace a part or replace the system. He was helpful in explaining different kinds of systems. We decided it was time for a whole system replacement and cannot believe the wonderful comfort of our four level home! After the installation of the two stage system I noticed right away how cool our home was especially upstairs. I always thought we had inefficient windows and insulation along with vaulted ceilings and rooms over the garage that contributed to our home having a ten degree difference between the main floor and upstairs in the summer. Ryan really saved us. Our furnace went out last Wednesday, forcing us to rely on portable heaters. After many companies that weren’t able to help us, AAA sent out a technician that was able to start on the job but later finding out he had installed bad components leading him to give up and leave the job. I was able to get Ryan to check it out and he spent about 2 days cleaning up the other technician’s mess and finally it was resolved and we got heat after a week, Ryan with Element Heating is your go-to!
