Dana goes above & beyond ‘the call of duty’ as the expression states. He is thorough & honest from the diagnosis to what kind of repair actually needs to be done. He asked good questions that helped both of us together decide what options are best. He answered all of my questions no matter what they were. He explained the options of what type of new AC system I would need for this size home & I was able to discuss with him recommendations based on information I gave him & his assessment. He will not push purchasing something that is not needed or try to sell an additional item for an additional cost just because it’s a trending or new product. He was honest also as to the availability of parts. I really enjoyed working him. Very friendly. He’s very knowledgeable about old & new systems. I highly recommend him!
