We had two cracks on our sewer pipe located in the garage; called Pipe Doctors based on neighbor’s recommendation. Owen was assigned to take a look at. From the beginning he was punctual for the appointment; then he really took the time to diagnose the issue, provided options and explained to me how to repair it. He also called out potential risk to make us aware so we are not blinded going into the work. The diagnosis was thorough and the quoted price for the repair was very reasonable compared to the other offer for the exact same scope of activities. We hired Owen to do the work and he was able to schedule the fix the next day, which is a huge plus for us. A comprehensive job done on fixing the cracked pipe and also helped us unclog one bathtub.
