He showed up on a Saturday to troubleshoot a loss of cooling. He was very honest and blunt, but he took the time to walk me through what he was doing and why. He checked the entire system in about 15 minutes and narrowed it down to a capacitor. Our previous company just said our system was old and wanted to sell us an entire new one. The price was relatively reasonable and fair considering the weekend last-minute call and thoroughness of the work. And had he overcharged me for unnecessary work, it would have been a lot higher. I recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company. When I have had HVAC issues, they are always available to help promptly and solve my issues at a very fair price. What's better, before they come out, they will try to help me walk through problems and potential fixes over the phone before having to come out, saving me time and money. Sherman's is the go to company for heating & air conditioning services in Northern, Va. He is very is very knowledgeable and does not mine sharing his knowledge with the customer. He has been around long enough to have seen all of the service problems and knows how to fix them. He won’t try to sell you something that you don’t need, but if he says you need it you best pay attention otherwise you will be calling him back.
