Called Fairfax Plumbing for a Christmas Day emergency (frozen pipe and broken water line). Within the hour, Leo responded and made time to come by and take a look at our issue. He capped a broken water line and wrote up an excellent report that we can use to file our insurance claim. Professional, thorough and friendly. With young children in the house, it was important for us to get the water turned back on and Leo responded on arguably the toughest day to get service - Christmas Day!
