Matt was great! We had a serious problem with our sewage pipe and he helped and stayed in contact through the whole process of getting it replaced. He stopped by multiple times to make sure that things were running smoothly.

Arrived earlier than the scheduled window. Matthew had a trainee with him named Silas and they were respectful of us and our home. Matthew was very personable and the trainee Silas was a little shy. They explained the diagnosis and what it would cost. Prices are higher these days but we still had to resolve our toilet problem. They had to leave to go to a local Home Depot to get a pipe to fix the toilet water leak problem. When they got back, the toilet pipe was fixed and they let the glue set. Once the glue dried on the pipe, they put the new toilet valve and flapper in and turned on the house water to test the toilet. The even let me test by flushing the toilets throughout the house and checking for leaks in the basement. Once everything tested correctly, paid with my visa debit card and received a paper receipt.
