Matt and Donovan arrived during the expected time window, after I received a heads-up call (from a real human) about 30 minutes before their appearance. Once here, Matt quickly figured out the issue and solved it, with minimal disruption to my house and my time. I was told beforehand what the cost would be, and notified that the work has a 1-year warranty as well. All in all, this was a very appreciated way to fix a problem, and for the speed, professionalism, and efficiency of the job, and am happy to say I will call again next time I need a repair.
