Great experience with Robert Taylor who was very professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was doing and his findings to us. Went above and beyond in such short notice. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Ampmor saved the day. Our AC wasn't working and they got us an appointment quickly. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly determined the problem, made the repair and had our AC back on in no time. The bill was less than we expected! Great company, great prices! Will definitely use them again.
Am rating this company at 2 two stars, I would rate one star but our tech is someone WE HIGHLY respect and trust...We do not trust the back-office specifically - scheduling... constant tech overbooking created frustration for this customer...if this is the business practice it has to cease! Admittedly we did purchase the annual maintenance package , one because of the tech, (we respect), two to protect our manufacturer's warranty...OTHERWISE we would have purchased HVAC services from another vendor after the "third" re-schedule over two days.
