We had two A/C units go down during the recent heatwave. One was quickly repaired and the other was promptly replaced by our technician Tony. He notified me prior to my appointment, was on time, very professional and polite. I definitely recommend Ampmor Electric.
The technician Jordan was early! He was efficient, courteous, and respectful. He explained a potential issue and provided options for addressing the issue. Ampmor continues to deliver prompt and professional service. Thank you. Service: Heating system maintenance
Am rating this company at 2 two stars, I would rate one star but our tech is someone WE HIGHLY respect and trust...We do not trust the back-office specifically - scheduling... constant tech overbooking created frustration for this customer...if this is the business practice it has to cease! Admittedly we did purchase the annual maintenance package , one because of the tech, (we respect), two to protect our manufacturer's warranty...OTHERWISE we would have purchased HVAC services from another vendor after the "third" re-schedule over two days.
