Outstanding response and service by Ampmor Electric! I emailed them first thing this morning 7:00a.m.’ish), regarding an issue we had with our downstairs AC unit not cooling our home. Within an hour after I sent the email, Kelsey had called me and was able to fit me in the same morning! Tony was the responding technician, and I could not have been more pleased! He showed up on time, was quick to identify the cause of our issue, and had the repairs completed without any issue at all! THANK YOU KELSEY AND TONY!!! If you are tired of service technicians that convince you that they have found your problem, charge an arm and a leg to perform the fix, only to find out that the problem remains and you then have to call someone else for the same song and dance…. save yourself the stress and just call Ampmor from now on. Ampmor installed the HVAC system in our newly built home and has been a pleasure to work with since we moved in. All of the technicians we have had out for courtesy maintenance and damper adjustments have been very professional. I love how their system lets you know when they are on the way.
