We have used Russell's for several years. We are always pleased with their service. Our technician, Isaiah was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and checked both our furnace (gas) and our air conditioner unit. He explained everything very well. They were amazing fixing my electrical panel box and wiring. They were done same day quickly. They contacted dominion energy and was on point with everything. I would definitely use them for my needs again. If you're wondering about pricing it's pricing but remember quality service is always pricey so at least go with Russell's because they are very trustworthy and service your needs properly.

Our A/C wasn’t working and after listening to BOB FM advertising Russell’s Heating & Cooling we called and they were extremely responsive and we got the appointment today 5/11/23. It was an amazing experience. The service technician Mr. Isaiah Young was very friendly and professional and got our unit working like a Champ.
