Roderick was great along with the AC installation team they were all great. I felt really bad for the AC installer, because of the heat. I want to thank Buddy for his assistance on this project.

Edwin Franco came out for our regular maintenance and noticed damage to our air ducts and did an exceptional job of locating and fixing the damaged duct work. He communicated every step of the way and did a thorough job. I have been a client of Russell's for 8+ years. Their services are top notch, the staff are all very professional and Their costs are fair and a great value for my family and our primary home. We will continue to use Russell's for all of our HVAC needs

Russell’s heating cooling has been so good to me. In November I had a gas leak and my heat was turned off. When I called Russell’ they came out that evening and fixed the problem. Since then I have used them to replace toilets and faucets. I was very pleased with their work. Recently they replaced my air conditioning unit. Russell’s worked with the manufacturer to get me a terrific deal on a new unit because the manufacturer was unable to get a part needed to replace the old unit that was still under warranty. I would highly recommend this company.
