The care for my home exceeded the 'as advertised' expectation. The crew employed many measures to protect my existing structures and the general area. The project itself was completed in one day!- Josh the crew leader was great. The crew arrived at 7 am and worked until completion. I must have gotten 7 different roof quotes from various companies, but after meeting with the owner for RSoHR My mind was made up. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The worksite foreman Ben showed up today on time, and he and his team installed my new roof with precision and professionalism. Ben was polite and also very knowledgeable, and his team knocked it out of the park! They went above and beyond to protect my property, and clean up after the installation! The office admin Cristle has been very friendly, and her responses were timely (and once again, knowledgeable!). This was my first roof installation, and honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It is a nerve-wracking repair, and a big expense for any homeowner, but I could not recommend this company more. My new roof looks great, thank you Roofing Systems of Hampton Roads!
