We recently worked with Colonial Remodeling on a roof replacement project through our insurance company. Everyone that we worked with was very knowledgeable in the insurance process. Our rep Michael met with the adjuster at our home and helped him by pointing out damaged areas. We were continually updated through out the project and are extremely pleased with the end result. Our neighborhood had storm damage. Lots of companies came to our door to offer to look at our roof. We did not feel comfortable working with them. Then our next door neighbors recommended we speak with David Leckie from Colonial Remodeling. From the beginning we were comfortable with the process. Most of the companies wanted money instead of paying attention to our problems. David came and inspected our roof. He talked to us about the issues. He did not guarantee it would be covered but made sure we understood what was wrong, what the process was, and what his role was. David sat down with me when I called the insurance company and was here when they came to inspect the roof. I feel like in every instance he went above and beyond!
