I had the pleasure of using United roofing to replace my damage roof. I started out from being to end with Terence Barnett ( Yaqiyn). Every time I had a conversation with him over the process, even when I was getting frustrated myself, he was always respectful and calm. He explained everything to me in such way that I was very happy that he was the project manager. It took a while for the process to be completed and I got my new roof. I’m very happy and please with the completion of my new roof. Rich and Marco took care of everything. They worked with my insurance company and got all the necessary approvals, stop gapped the water damage and got the crew working on the roof as soon as it was safe for their them to start work. The crew at United Roofing was exceptional and I’m really impressed a year later with the quality and the look of the architectural tiles. They even sent folks out a few days later to inspect their work, make sure I was happy and to ensure my yard and deck were cleaned up…no small feat given the wet conditions they were dealing with.
