The product demonstration was everything, I can't say enough, her explanation and the way the manager put everything together was very easy to understand how the product will perform. I know I won't feel the temperature difference anymore and it will help with energy savings, as well my AC won't struggle to keep us comfortable. The manager was very professional her prompt and courteous service was outstanding.

We originally purchased a front door and windows with Amemitech two years ago. It has lived up to the promise of being the best quality. It looks as new as the first day. We noticed a huge improvement in energy efficiency and comfort. The look and quality are outstanding, and we get compliments all the time. The manager we had both times it's very nice, explains everything very well and she gives you an amazing customer experience.

We give 5 stars to Derrick, the Project Manager assigned to our account. His presentation was informative and professional. Derrick is very knowledgeable about the company and products. He did a great job describing the construction of the windows/doors, pros and cons of the different materials, and operation of windows/doors. Derrick has a pleasant personality, he is a really nice guy to work with! We give 3 stars to the negotiation strategy used by the company and the time it takes to finalize the paperwork once the deal is accepted. The negotiation strategy is similar to the one used by car dealers, which forces the customer to make a financial decision on an expensive product in a rush. Don’t understand why this company needs to use this type of psychological pressure to secure a sale. The PM presentation of the products took about an hour, which is not bad. But the negotiation and final paperwork took three hours. Way too long! Their price is on the upper side of the range, but t
