Ariel made an appointment 1 day after we spoke together. He called me several hours before the appointed time to ask if coming earlier in the morning in the day, which turned out to fit my schedule very well. The kitchen drain clog was cleared quickly, and in a professional manner, with Ariel and his colleague both wearing masks and protective booties. Ariel also replaced a flapper in a toilet after offering me an option of rebuilding a somewhat newer flush mechanism, which we agreed didn't need rebuilding at the moment.
