Had hidden fees that were found out post-service. Claimed that it was their fault and offered to waive a future service call fee. I reached out to take them up on that offer late and I got this response: "While we appreciate you reaching back out, unfortunately we are not able to do any service on your unit at this time. We recommend XYZ or ABC." Clown show. Service: HVAC system maintenance
I have been using SCS for years to take care of my heating and air conditioning needs. They have been terrific! Fast to provide service.
