Cyprus Air Heating, Cooling and Fireplaces

The experience with Cyprus has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have gone through, and I have remodeled my entire house. They were responsive and timely, until they received the final payment and then they fell off the map. They did not return my calls, did not show up for appointments, told me they would call when things were ready and never did. After I called them over 15 times, my gas fireplace is still not installed. No matter how many times I ask to speak to a manager or someone that can hear my complaints, they refuse to transfer me to anyone that can actually help. Terrible customer service. Mr. Ivo Dimitrov arrived on time during the scheduled appointment; he first checked the current systems, both inside and outside the house and then did an excellent presentation on the various replacement systems, with costs and benefits for each and led us to an easy conclusion on which system to select. Anyone I’ve ever spoken to about Cyprus Air has had a terrible experience, myself included. I go behind them and fix a lot of the gas log sets they’ve installed improperly and there are a lot and they do it wrong a different way every time. Just today my customer told me they set up and annual service plan for their unit which they’ve already paid for and have called several times but can’t seem to get a technician out for a general service that took about 20 minutes to do. If you have the option, go with anyone else to install a gas appliance but do not let Cyprus Air fool you with their gas fireplace service. The log set should never have gotten this coated in carbon, a 30” log set on a 24” burner…
