Bruce, the job coordinator arrived out and was the second company to look at my roof for an estimate. The first company that arrived out told me I needed a new roof and I’m lucky it’s not leaking. Bruce walked around the home with me, pointed out different factors on my roof, spent time talking about other exterior factors, and told me I have years before I need to replace the roof (and what it will look like when it’s needing replacement).
