With this last cold snap we just had in VA our old heating and ac unit just couldn’t keep up . On Christmas it was so bad that the day after we had to call and get the ball rolling to get a new one installed. We ordered our unit on Dec 26th and it was installed less than 10 days!!! Amazing customer service! Quick if you are in need!!! They know what they are doing and can guide you to exactly what you need! Very professional and affordable! I can’t say enough good things about Bennett HVAC. If I could give 6 stars I would. Brandon came out and expertly diagnosed my 30-year old gas furnace and even showed me a way to nurse it along until my new system was ready. Steve came and specced out the new dual-fuel system. And Grant and Zack installed it. Every one of these gentlemen were experts at their craft, they were all very nice and upbeat, and made the installation a breeze. I love my new system! We were referred by church memberwhen our heater stopped putting out heat. Steve wedged us in tohis travels between jobs. he quickly found the problem and located a source for the &ard to find part.
