Jeremy did a great job servicing my home Hvac unit today. Very professional, knowledgeable & took care of my Hvac system in a timely manner. Great job from start to finish. I definitely recommend Michael & son to anyone looking to get the best out of your home needs.
After a year, my house is still not being cooled effectively. My previous 5 star review will stay gone until this is rectified. I would strongly advise you keep searching for a provider if you're seeing this review. My system was installed incorrectly, apparently, as the current delta T (intake air vs output) is 15. Until recently, there was some damaged ductwork under the house, but that has been repaired (used another company for that, M&S wanted $1700 for two runs) and the system is still not functional. I will update this review based on future experiences. Skylar and Jeremy, two techs that came out, we're fantastic however and I don't want this review to reflect negatively on either of them. Ashley did an outstanding job completing annual HVAC maintenance. Was on time and very professional. Very happy we had M&S install and maintain our units. Would highly recommend to others to use their service. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
