We had an excellent experience with A Plus Roofing. Project estimation and scheduling was quick and easy. Within a few days, Richard and Chris came out to remove a failed chimney stack and patch our roof. It took less than a day; and this was an especially challenging job considering the age of our home and how close the chimney was to our built-in gutters.The repair looks so good it's nearly invisible. As a bonus, Richard and Chris preserved a majority of the 100+ year old bricks from the chimney for us to use in the garden. I would recommend A Plus to any neighbor in need of roofing repair. Alex was the salesperson, was very positive and well-presented, delivered the quote after having the roof inspected, and continued to routinely, but professionally check in as to my interest in moving forward, then very communicative during the roof installation, and provided very good follow up. Despite contacting him during off-hours, he never appeared imposed upon, and maintained a fantastic, helpful attitude. As to the quality of work, the crew covered all bushes, and performed a very methodical and thorough new roof installation, including plywood replacement. The new roof looks very nice. A Plus Roofing provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Meeting with Billy Kain to create the plans to improve our home was wonderful. He was professional, respectful, pleasant, prompt and stayed in close communications as we needed him throughout the process. A Plus Roofing completed roof replacement and we then pursued new siding, windows, gutters, leaf guards, porch rails, sunroom and more. The team members improving our home were very hardworking, polite, arrived on time and stayed late. A job well done in every way and we are thankful.
