Every second dealing with this company has been amazing. Billy and his team did an fantastic job with our roof installation. The consultation was very in depth and explained thoroughly. Everyone we spoke to on the phone and the crew in person were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions and the team work ethic was great. Everything was on schedule, no surprises, and clean up was very well done. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone and I will be calling them again for any and all roof repairs. I was absolutely blown away by the service at A Plus Roofing! Junior was my repair tech on site and he arrived at the house promptly on time, I walked him through where I thought the water leaking from our bedroom ceiling was coming from, and he was able to quickly identify the source of the damage on our roof. It was a repair he already had the tools for and was able to make the repair right after the assessment. The whole process was incredibly quick, I felt like I was in the know via excellent communication throughout, and the repair was able to get finished before heavy rain kicked into the forecast. We had an excellent experience with A Plus Roofing. Project estimation and scheduling was quick and easy. Within a few days, Richard and Chris came out to remove a failed chimney stack and patch our roof. It took less than a day; and this was an especially challenging job considering the age of our home and how close the chimney was to our built-in gutters.The repair looks so good it's nearly invisible. As a bonus, Richard and Chris preserved a majority of the 100+ year old bricks from the chimney for us to use in the garden. I would recommend A Plus to any neighbor in need of roofing repair.
