From the very start of the process, A Plus Roofing was a delight to work with. Alex was the salesperson, was very positive and well-presented, delivered the quote after having the roof inspected, and continued to routinely, but professionally check in as to my interest in moving forward, then very communicative during the roof installation, and provided very good follow up. Despite contacting him during off-hours, he never appeared imposed upon, and maintained a fantastic, helpful attitude. As to the quality of work, the crew covered all bushes, and performed a very methodical and thorough new roof installation, including plywood replacement. The new roof looks very nice. We had an excellent experience with A Plus Roofing. Project estimation and scheduling was quick and easy. Within a few days, Richard and Chris came out to remove a failed chimney stack and patch our roof. It took less than a day; and this was an especially challenging job considering the age of our home and how close the chimney was to our built-in gutters.The repair looks so good it's nearly invisible. As a bonus, Richard and Chris preserved a majority of the 100+ year old bricks from the chimney for us to use in the garden. I would recommend A Plus to any neighbor in need of roofing repair. We had a great experience with A Plus Roofing. Their services are very reasonably priced, they did quick but quality work and were never pushy about adding on "extras." We were so pleased with the roof replacement we had them come back to replace our gutters as well. Their communication and customer service is fantastic. Billy was our main point of contact and he was friendly, very responsive, and professional. If we move and need a new roof, we'll be calling A Plus Roofing again.
