Found when my AC stopped they scheduled an appointment asap and found the AC had not been maintained in years and would cost an amount that I could put to new AC. They sent out salesman and he measured and reviewed what had been found, what did I need and want as well they were having sales of AC units so was able to get new AC within my budget & meet additional concerns for me. It was delivered with old removed and new set up with new technology. All people that I either talked with or met were very nice, professional and knowledgeable in the work they were doing! Plus very respectful of my property and myself! We called McCarthy services for a water heater flush. David came by and examined our water heater. He determined it's too old to flush and that it risks breaking if we flushed it. We were told it's better to replace it. Because we have home warranty with Dominion, we decided not to do it. David gave us an estimate for a new water heater and left. We were not charged for the visit. We like the advice we received from him regarding water leak detectors for the home. Service: Water heater repair
I would/will highly recommend “McCarthy Services”. They squeezed me in even though the Technicians last service call was 2 hours away. The Technician (Luc Charbonneau) was excellent. He kept me informed of what he was checking the entire time. I’m not sure another technician would have found the problem. A spider (lol) had shorted out a capacitor inside the AV UNIT. He cleaned the AC UNIT as well. I could go on and on- but, in short, I am more than pleased with my experience with your company.
