Found them online with great reviews. Had an inspection, literally the same day with a quoted price. I forgot the guy that came here for the inspection and quoted price but he was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me. The two technicians, Kenny Pham and Walter Grady came over literally the next day and installed it within a few hours. They have a 10 year warranty or something like that. I had called three other places before them and settled with them because their price was very competitive and they was willing to work with me. My old AC unit was over 20 years old and was running on old Freon, but this new AC unit run on the new type of Freon and wow, it cools the house fast and it’s so energy efficient. This new AC unit allows me to connect through Nest and control it online and has a lot of features and it cools the house so much faster! They have great pricing, guaranteed and the two technicians are very professional and did a great job explaining everything. I recomm

We called McCarthy services for a water heater flush. David came by and examined our water heater. He determined it's too old to flush and that it risks breaking if we flushed it. We were told it's better to replace it. Because we have home warranty with Dominion, we decided not to do it. David gave us an estimate for a new water heater and left. We were not charged for the visit. We like the advice we received from him regarding water leak detectors for the home. Service: Water heater repair

Let me start with this… The dispatching agents were very very pleasant, personable, and professional. I called at 11:30 this morning and they had a plumber here by 3:30 this afternoon. Kudos for that and I mean it. That said, The plumber that came was rude, patronizing, and acted like he was doing me a huge favor by showing up. When I asked a question because I didn’t understand what he was proposing, he responded in a way that made me feel like I was not only an idiot, but had offended him for asking any questions. He had a bad attitude from the minute he walked in the door to when he left. It took all my patience to not ask him to leave my home in the midst of looking at the issues I had. He was so rude that despite the fact that I have an active leak in my house I declined his service. I will have to sleep with the Water main off to the entire house as a result, but I don’t care. To be fair when I called and complained to McCarthy, they seemed to take my complaint very seriously
