Orion was great in every way. My initial contact was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me understand my options including the benefits and costs of each. He helped me understand my insurance company options and he even gave me guidance for my phone call to make the claim to the insurance company. He worked hard and perfectly on every aspect of my contract. I then dealt with someone who scheduled the job and explained the steps of the job to me, again, perfectly. Lastly, the job was done perfectly, by a crew that was absolutely fantastic. I watched a lot of the work and was super impressed. I highly recommend Orion. Orion is company that stands by their work with no questions asked. I was in need of some siding repair and replacement due to strong winds which they repaired. About 18 months an even stronger storm affected the same area but with even more siding that a was impacted the first time. When I called Orion they were immediately responsive, repaired the area and didn't charge me anything for the service. I haven't had any issues since. They are definitely a stand-up company and one that I would readily trust again with my business. if your looking for home improvements I strongly suggest you give them a call.
