Orion was great in every way. My initial contact was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me understand my options including the benefits and costs of each. He helped me understand my insurance company options and he even gave me guidance for my phone call to make the claim to the insurance company. He worked hard and perfectly on every aspect of my contract. I then dealt with someone who scheduled the job and explained the steps of the job to me, again, perfectly. Lastly, the job was done perfectly, by a crew that was absolutely fantastic. I watched a lot of the work and was super impressed. I highly recommend Orion. Orion did a great job with replacing our roof. They worked with our insurance adjustors to assess some wind damage. Their work was excellent and prices were very competitive. We later had storm damage (unrelated to the roof installation) that needed repairs. Orion was very responsive and quickly repaired the damage. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Orion Home Improvements LLC replaced our roof this year, in the middle of winter, and did a GREAT job! Andrew came out to look at the roof and worked with our insurance agency to make sure it was completely covered by our insurance. OHI worked hard to get it done quickly and we love the color. It was great to get it done in time to put our house on the market, and it was worth it to get the extended warranty so we could pass that on to a potential buyer. Thank you Orion Home Improvements!
