We appreciate that the company accommodated our request to have a functioning fireplace before Christmas before the door was ready for installation . However, it would have been better if they scheduled all services with the primary consultant, John, who knew what’s involved in the contract & demonstrated pride in his work. Someone else was sent to install fireplace, then john had to return to finish the job. However, gas fireplace can’t communicate with the remote control, which adds additional visits when the work could’ve been done consistently with the same employee. I recommend continuity to ensure all work is completed on time. Lastly, tracker for service arrival was not accurate. Service: Installation

David Brown came out to give us a quote for a new system installation. He was very professional, likeable and relatable. He has great active listening skills, and answered all of questions with great detail to put our minds at ease. Although we chose to use a different company, I would highly recommend David for any quote purposes.
