Wilmer was extremely professional and thorough in his explanation of my home system. In his inspection he was able to address many of my concerns in regards to the HVAC appliances and general safety. His explanations helped me learn more as a homeowner and also understand the value that routine maintenance has on efficiency and longevity of a unit. 10/10 Services: A/C system maintenance, Thermostat repair, A/C filter replacement

I would like to say thanks for the great professional job done by my Technician “Sam” with NICE Heating and Air!!!! He explained everything to me about the situation with my unit. He also showed me all the parts involved in this issue. Since my unit is under warranty, it would be best for me to go back to the company that installed my A/C per his honest suggestion.

We appreciate that the company accommodated our request to have a functioning fireplace before Christmas before the door was ready for installation . However, it would have been better if they scheduled all services with the primary consultant, John, who knew what’s involved in the contract & demonstrated pride in his work. Someone else was sent to install fireplace, then john had to return to finish the job. However, gas fireplace can’t communicate with the remote control, which adds additional visits when the work could’ve been done consistently with the same employee. I recommend continuity to ensure all work is completed on time. Lastly, tracker for service arrival was not accurate. Service: Installation
