Amazing service! NICE saved me after my AC died during one of the hottest weeks on record. They came out within hours to diagnose the problem and were able to expedite a full unit replacement the next day. Everyone I worked with - from Kevin in dispatch, to Hayden, Curtis and Eddy in the field - was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The company lives up to its name. I am extremely satisfied with the heating service Anthony (technician) provided me. Although a courtesy inspection, Anthony was extremely thorough. He took the time to show me what he was inspecting, each part’s functions, common maintenance issues to look out for, indications of potential issues, and recommended solutions. He came across as candid and respectful (of me, my house, and my family). Personally, despite having first met him that day, I found Anthony more professional, personal, and trustworthy than any technician I’ve worked with to date. We bought our house in March and realized the gas fireplace was old and not safe to even try to turn on. After contacting a couple other places that pretty much blew us off, we reached out to Nice. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. They sent Rolando out the next day to look at the fireplace. He was friendly and to the point. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way. He actually tried to fix it before just telling me I needed a new one. Unfortunately, I did need a new one. Which I expected. They gave me a fee options and we chose the one that fit our needs and price point. Luckily, they had one locally and were able to come the very next day. John showed up and completed the install, including refinishing the brick in the fireplace itself. He was quick, clean and very friendly. He took the time to go over everything and made sure we were happy. He actually seemed pretty proud of his handiwork as the job included some difficulty pipe work
