I wanted my HVAC system inspected and JDL has the lowest price diagnostic fee. I decided to use them based on the fee but I am glad I did. The technician who came out, Ire, was great and very thorough. He was very professional and documented and took pictures of everything and sent it to me in email and text. Throughout the inspection, Ire made recommendations but never tried to hard sell me on anything. In the end I had the Condenser Unit outside cleaned because it had been a while. So after receiving several quotes, I’ve decided to go with JDL HVAC services and installations. Not only are their products of great value, their professionalism are superb. Just this morning, both Rudy A and Sunday S came over to install a brand new HVAC system for me. They were on time and started work almost immediately. Initial assessment was that it might take a full 8 hours to complete the work, but I was extremely surprised that it was done in less than 5 hours. They did not even rest for lunch. After the install, Rudy went over the items they did and tested the system with me, both heating and cooling, and it works fabulously. I also inspected the area they did the work, it was of a very high quality work, with wires and piping laid out nicely. At the end of the work, they also clean up the work area, without any trash left behind. So proud to have the new system in place and more importantly, it was done by such great professionals. Once again, JDL saves the day: I had a pinhole leak develop in my water sytem, and called JDL. They were here the next day, and Armando and Fred did some excellent, clean, and quick work. They were very professional and friendly, and also right on time. Thanks!
