Everything about this company has been great. Irie (the technician that came and assessed my broken HVAC) and Rudy, who installed the new one were incredible. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and took the time to educate me and every detail of the system. They also cleaned up and found my place better than I left it! So after receiving several quotes, I’ve decided to go with JDL HVAC services and installations. Not only are their products of great value, their professionalism are superb. Just this morning, both Rudy A and Sunday S came over to install a brand new HVAC system for me. They were on time and started work almost immediately. Initial assessment was that it might take a full 8 hours to complete the work, but I was extremely surprised that it was done in less than 5 hours. They did not even rest for lunch. After the install, Rudy went over the items they did and tested the system with me, both heating and cooling, and it works fabulously. I also inspected the area they did the work, it was of a very high quality work, with wires and piping laid out nicely. At the end of the work, they also clean up the work area, without any trash left behind. So proud to have the new system in place and more importantly, it was done by such great professionals.
