I panicked when I was sitting in my living room and water started leaking from the ceiling. I had no idea who to call but glad when I called Roto Rooter, they sent out Matthew. He was very patient with me and explained everything in a way I would understand. He was flexible to my schedule and sealed everything up so I no longer have to share a bathroom with 3 little munchkins! Would recommend him for any plumbing needs! Service: Plumbing leak detection
Had a clogged water line that forced our sewer backfill up into our basement (use your imagination). 3 different techs came out to check remediation, camera the lines and our main tech Michael was awesome. Answered all of my questions and explained everything and why he was doing it. Even removed the “backfill” into our basement. Called and they were there in an hour on a Saturday evening. Highly recommend.
