Had roots in my sewer. Syd responded to make a bid on a Sunday. Formal proposal in my hands first thing Monday. He camera'ed my sewer before telling me what he'd do, why and what it would cost. NOBODY else camera'ed the line to see what they were bidding on. This camera procedure was not worth the $400-$600 that others wanted to charge. It should be part of the estimating process. How can you bid on something you haven't inspected? Syd and crew were on site at the time he promised. They did a very careful and professional job, cleaning up after themselves. They even replanted a shrub they had to dig up. Personable to a man, they each answered all my questions as they worked. I see others have not had as good experiences as I did and it surprises me to see that. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Contacted Syds for a video inspection of sewer line and an estimate for repair. They charged me $350 for the inspection, but never provided the estimate they promised. They never returned any of my repeated emails or calls. So, I paid them $350 for nothing. Reputable companies do not operate this way.

I had a great experience with Syd and his team. My main water line was leaking. Syd came by the same day and provided options and estimates. His team showed up Saturday morning on time. They don't have uniforms like some companies, but they were dressed to work. And they are hard workers and work well together. They did a lot of digging by hand to find the leak, quickly repaired it, filled in the hole and cleaned up. Both my neighbors and myself were very impressed with their quick work. I would highly recommend them for future work.
