Hanover Air

I contacted Hanover Air to have them install the iWave-R Air Purification System. They were amazing to deal with! Kim got me on the schedule, and a technician came out the very next day, a very quick response time! Since installing the iWave, I have noticed that the dust in my house is almost non-existent. In a household with seasonal allergies, this is amazing!

I called at 2:30 on a Friday after the furnace quit working. I wasn't hopeful that I could get a same day appointment but did ask for the soonest appointment available. Kim in the office was able to locate a technician in the area leaving another job and was able to schedule him for that afternoon. He arrived shortly afterwards. He was professional and very knowledgeable and made quick work of the faulty furnace. The cost to repair was much less than I anticipated and he was pulling out of my driveway with the work complete at 3:30 - just one hour after my initial call. We have had a wonderful experience working with Hanover air systems. I initially called for a regular HVAC maintenance visit, and we have a bonus room over our garage that never gets heated or cooled properly so I wanted a professional to have a look. Dustin was excellent, and was quickly able to identify the main source of the issue in our bonus room. Afternoon after a lengthy discussion, Dustin had a few ideas that he took back to their lead estimator Billy. Within a week Billy sent me a detailed proposal with two options, outlining what they could do to help us. Ultimately we decided to install a new heating and cooling mini split system, which they were able to schedule within two weeks and successfully install in less than a day. Billy himself was here to oversee the installation and ensure everything agreed to in the project scope was done. Mike and Billy were the installers, and they were also fantastic.
