We purchased a new construction home that used Premier to install the HVAC. 18 months after we moved in our 2nd floor HVAC stopped working so we called Premier. Since it was past the 1 yr warranty we ended up paying $1300 to repair the HVAC unit. Premier was easy to work with and John was super helpful in repairing the unit. He endured a super hot attic to get it fixed and was great. I just can’t give a higher score when a new HVAC needed such a big repair 18 months after installation.

CJ was able to come out same day and had the part needed in his van. Had my AC running 30 minutes after arriving.
