I had an appt set for this past Saturday 8-10am and was told they'd call 30 minutes before they arrive. 10am rolls around and no call, no show. I called and was told they were sorry and they were contacting the field supervisor and he'd be in touch right away. It's now Sunday at 1pm and I've yet to hear back.
