After sending photos of my existing unit, Bob gave me a wealth of information on a suitable cost effective replacement, gave me the model number to research the unit and answered all of my questions with honesty and facts. I called so early in the morning to troubleshoot a thermostat and the heating for our house since it shut downed all of a sudden.
