Bottom Line Up Front: Excellent work, timely response, reasonable price. I would recommend Trenchless Pipe Technologies to friends and family. Details: I had a broken water line under the footer of the house. The first company I contacted gave me a reasonable quote. However, I was informed that they couldn’t start work for 19 days that meant no showers, no toilet, no laundry, no drinking water, etc. for almost 3 weeks. Unacceptable! I called David Martin at Trenchless Pipe Technologies. He came out the same day; gave me an acceptable estimate and told me he could get to me within a week. The next day he informed me that he would be able to start the repairs in 2 days. The repair took approximately 6 hour to complete and thanks to the use of directional boring my yard survived with only minor digging. David was amazing! He was prompt and took the time to explain everything that was going on.
