Checkmark Air Specialists are remarkable! Not only have I added them into my contacts, but also my speed dial. Twice within the last year, I had "issues." The first was in December when I woke up to frigid temperatures, only to learn that my heating unit was not functioning properly. I called Checkmark Air Specialists, who immediately answered the call and worked with my schedule to ensure I would not go to bed without heat. The second call was due to my water heater leaking water in the drip pan. Once again, I called and a specialist came out within the hour. I only recommend Checkmark Air Specialists to ensure you and your family are safe and happy for all the seasons!!!!

I highly recommend Checkmark Air for anyone in need of HVAC services! I called the office with several questions and Alanna took the time to explain everything and followed up with me when she needed to get some additional information. When I called back to schedule service, I spoke with Chris just before closing time and he was very helpful in getting me booked for the next day. The techs arrived ahead of schedule and were professional and prompt in identifying the problem and completing the repair. Every interaction with Checkmark Air displayed excellent customer service from a business that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Our AC went out yesterday & I'm 8 & 1/2 months pregnant. It was 95° in my house last night & I thought I was going to lose it but thankfully I found Checkmark Air Specialists. I called at 7 am & Michael was at my house by 9am. He listened to me & quickly checked & fixed the issue at hand. He explained what he had to do & why & even answered questions that were more so common since. I will definitely be calling back if we ever have an issue.
