The service was excellent. However, after explicitly stating that I would not be charged any more than the $89 diagnostic fee unless I was first consulted by the technician, the technician performed work without said consultation and charged $400 for it. I was satisfied with the service, but will think twice before using them again.
Matt was extremely proficient, professional, and knowledgeable! I had tried using another company to fix this issue before and they were more concerned with replacing it. Matt made short and easy work of it and I couldn’t be more pleased. True professionals that are committed to resolving the problem, not generating a huge sale. After using a contractor that had no idea what he was doing we realized there was a leak in the crawlspace underneath the kitchen. John Edmonds and his team came out and thoroughly inspected the plumbing job. They told me what I already knew about the work being insufficient but John and his team definitely made me feel better about it being able to be fixed. They were both extremely professional and very friendly and easy to talk to although the news was as bad as it was for delivery made it somehow feel better that I will knew it would be fixed properly!
