Short version: Our experience with Erie Home was exceptional! We appreciated their thoroughness, as they explained their products and believe they are the best quality on the market and we would recommend them 10 out of 10 times! Long version: As a customer I am looking for quality and professionalism. When the first visit was scheduled, it was too dark outside to see anything without some really bright flashlights (and we did not feel comfortable about that), the agent was happy to reschedule to ensure we were comfortable with the inspection. On the second visit; they were really thorough and identified not just an aged roof but some compromise in my ceiling truss while they inspected my attic. They walked us through their products and we were really impressed at the quality and meticulousness of the design to ensure the roof’s weather integrity. Erie roofing crew was exceptional! They showed up 20 minutes early and started work right on time and had 1800 sq.ft. roof stripped in a little over 1 hour. Installation was very efficient and they even painted my chimney black to match the roof and removed old satellite. Very impressed with the final product and have had several positive comments from neighbors and people driving by. Clean up was spotless, no nails, fabric or shingles to be seen.
