The Service Team was great - Lisa worked me into the schedule within 30 minutes of my call. Asked if she could send a team now that was in the area finishing a job. Service Team arrived , Chris & Jason very professional with big smiles checked out my furnace explained to me the issue and provided a temporary solution, less than 30 minutes heat was back on. We had a great experience with Americool heating & cooling. Last year when my old system died they were very quick to respond even though I was not a current customer. They came quickly and completely replaced my whole unit. They were very knowledgeable and professional. This year they came for my one-year service, which they reminded me I needed.
