I’ve been with Americool for several years, they’ve always taken great care and time in meeting our needs. I subscribe to their maintenance plan for both my homes, which is definitely affordable. Anne my point of contact has always shown professionalism and kindness. John my service tech, respectful, knowledgeable and caring has always gone above and beyond they are my super heroes! My service all started with their technician coming out to evaluate my current unit which was installed back in 1996! Their technician was very thorough with his evaluation and told me the honest truth about my unit was doomed and he could fix it if I wanted to pay but it would be costly as it’s and out dated unit. Chip Wells then came out to help me weigh my options and he was absolutely professional and fully helped me understand everything and he’s a pretty cool guy too and we enjoyed a couple laughs while he helped make my decision and educate me on my options. He gave me an install date and was actually able to get everything installed before his predicted date. His install team was very impressive and let me tell you all the American flags in my front yard made me feel very patriotic! As a first time customer, I cannot speak more highly of our experience. Our heat was not functioning and on such a cold day, I was so relieved that a technician was available and at our home within a few short hours of my call.
