Freezone Heating and Cooling

I had a hvac system replaced due to vandalism. I’ve used this company before and they really do a fantastic job. I’m just a little disappointed that they replaced my new Wi-Fi thermostat with a generic one and did not return it. Otherwise, I’m very pleased with the service I received. Almost happy - Christopher is fantastic, but the a/c works to cold in some areas, and not so good in office and bedroom. Chris has tried to fix - I am going to call him again

I had these guys come out to replace my heat pump and they were awesome. They were extremely responsive and offered a competitive quote. I had 2 other bigger companies out to give me quotes and I wasn't impressed with the other companies. Freezone responded immediately and they were able to come out quickly to provide a quote and then replace they system. The guy who came out was extremely professional and was not pushy about making a sale. I felt like he was honest about everything. Not only was his quote extremely reasonable, he also sent me detailed information about the system they would install if we chose them so I could make an informed decision. Every question I had was answered so quickly. They took their time, tested everything, and cleaned up afterwards. I wanted to wait a little bit to use both the heat and air before writing the review.
