Showed up on time explained what they were going to do, installed professionally and up to new codes here on chesterfield. Did a walk through of what they did and what is new (outgoing heater was 20 years old). Just a very gods experience. I have been using them for a few years now for other stuff, mostly electrical but service has always been great and I have not had a return call to fix something they did. Akeem and Charles updated my electric panel and installed 60a dedicated breaker for my EV charger installation. The update charged my car from 27%-80% in 4.5 hours., which is perfect! My partner was concerned about the install and how it will would make the exterior of our house look but when he got home he was also impressed turned out. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Service: Installation
Called at 4 in the morning, there was someone there to answer the phone and set up my service appointment. The gentleman showed up at 8:30 that morning, came in and put on boot covers to protect the floors. He went straight to work, found the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. Made the repair, pulled a little needed maintenance and had everything done in a couple of hours. Very nice, personable and professional gentleman. He explained everything that was needed and what he was going to do. The price for service and parts was very, very reasonable. I couldn't ask for better service than what I received, from the call at 4 am. to finished service it was excellent. I recommend Michael & Sons to everyone who wants good service at a good price, and the peace of mind you get from knowing the job was done right. Services: Cleaning, Heating system repair
