I have only had great experiences so far. I recently signed up for the gold plan, and all 3 technicians who have come over so far were excellent. I’ve had a plumber, an HVAC technician and most recently an Electrician come out. They all provided excellent customer service and technical expertise. They resolved all my issues! I would definitely recommend this company.
Scott Cyrier was the best technician I have ever had. He went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I was extremely impressed with his service. I needed this piece replaced. I think it is part of the air compressor. Not sure exactly what he did but I do know that my house went from 90° back down to a cool and comfortable 75°. Thank you!
