Showed up and fixed right away. Went above and beyond
We inherited a very old, creaky, packed with mold & debris A/C unit in our 'new' home. A real horror show. In Virginia A/C is not a luxury-it's a necessity. Finding Kyle saved the lives of two Sweaty Seniors. He was committed to fixing our situation, no matter the time and effort involved. His knowledge, experience, integrity all came into play. He patiently explained each step. Focused on the problem at hand and went well out of his way to be sure of perfect results. Also, a great sense of humor! His prices were more than reasonable. We have a few other minor repairs needed in our house and Kyle is our go-to guy. One of the best service companies around.
Worst HVAC company in Richmond. Do not let them anywhere near your equipment. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They seem like they really couldn’t care less about you, they only care about themselves. Very unfortunate.
