Lowes contracted this company to replace my roof, 1st problem they did not install any the flashing where the head wall and porch roof meet, filled it with caulk, when the summer sun melted the caulk, it my porch filled with water, took them months to address this. Now, another year later my shingles are falling off, no signs of nails in the shingles, looks as if they just pulled the tape backing off and stuck them on. The roof shows signs of other shingles lifting. So, far it has been 6 weeks and the they are still trying to find a way not to fix my roof. Just like last year with the flashing issue.
