Woods Family Heating & Air Conditioning

We purchased the unit and had it installed by woods back in 2015/16 and have used and kept up with the seasonal maintenance, so when the AC stopped suddenly they fit me quickly and went ahead and included/counted it in my seasonal visit. They had me fixed up cooling, and inspected in a short time, even brought in my chewy delivery for me, and I was back to work in no time. Just one of several positive encounters with them, they are always so friendly and professional, I recommend them!

Our heat pump stopped working and we called Woods. They sent a technician out within one hour. The technician (JAMES) called and said he would be here in 30 minutes, he arrived on time, checked the system, replaced a broken part, checked the system to make sure it was functioning properly and we were charged NOTHING since it was still under warranty after 4 years with Woods. He did the entire job and we had our air conditioning back on in 20 minutes. James was FANTASTIC!! Thank You Woods!!
