Awesome...many many thanks to Nick. He was prompt, friendly and professional. My husband had just gotten out of ICU, bad bad COVID. He was kind and caring. My husband is a retired HVAC technician. And he would love for woods to give us an estimate on a heat pump-as soon as soon as he is a little stronger.

On May 31st Jeff Woods did the annual A/C system maintenance. Jeff has always done an outstanding service job for us since 2004. He has given us great recommendations when we replaced our A/C and Heating Units. His recommendations saved us a lot of money on our utility bills. Our outside a/c air handler compressor wouldn't start so I called Woods for a service call. They were very responsive & had a technician scheduled the next afternoon. Technican came early afternoon, diagnosed a bad compressor start capacitor & had it replaced within 10 mins. The unit was under warranty but I knew there would be a service charge. The problem I had with the bill was I was charged $100 for 10 mins. Of work. I realize they are in business to make money, but I felt that charge was quite excessive. Good prompt service though
