good experience from beginning to end. Our plumber, Ezekiel, was amazing. In addition to being thorough and upfront, upon doing the job he discovered additional pipe damage and he did those repairs without charging us extra! He earned our repeat business, without a doubt.
Although Rotor Rooter wasn't able to support me, at least he knew what the dilemma was but didn't have the part to repair. I was thankful that I was not charged any fees since no fix was done. I'd use them again in a heart beat, not only that, I was also advised that there was a leak at my meter and to contact the City of Lowell for fix since the leak was on their side. Excellent results with Rotor Rooter.
