Pauley's Plumbing (Jarvis) was excellent. He was completely confident that he could resolve our yard hydrant problem and he did. I few other plumbers did not want to touch this issue, but Jarvis was willing and more than capable. He had to carefully dig a large, deep hole and he took great care in minimizing any damage. He kept me informed along the way and explained everything to me really well. He installed a new, high quality yard hydrant and it works great. I will always use Pauley's Plumbing for future needs. I called Pauley's Plumbing after 3 or 4 other plumbers who either couldn't fit me into their schedule or were unwilling to touch the situation within 48 hours of Drano use. They made time for me even though they were busy. Jarvis fixed the problem (cooked cabbage 10-35 feet down the line blocking all water). He was very polite to my wife and made sure I was happy with the price and the service performed. Explained the risks. Was concerned that he did not do any more damage than necessary to my pipes. Great communication. Great job. I highly recommend.
