Two things stand out about Yeatts Heating and Air immediately - fairness and honesty. They honestly addressed all my needs when other companies did not. The installation was very quick and the resulting performance was great. Yeatts made certain I understood every step of the installation and post-installation in terms I could understand. These people are great, their prices are absolutely fair, and their follow-up is everything you would expect. The only surprise is that we found a company that acted more like they wanted to extend family than set a new sales record. I arrived to visit my grandmother for Christmas to discover her new furnace had not been working for a week in frigid heat. She had had no luck with the company who installed it, and I was unable to get in touch with anyone to repair. I called the owner, Danny, and explained her situation and he was at her house within 15 minutes and was able to quickly repair her unit and give her much needed heat in frigid temperatures. Recently moved into a new home with an inoperable oil furnace this summer. With cooler weather coming upon us, I figured it was time to have the furnace diagnosed and serviced to figure out what the issue was. So I spent a day scouring the internet for local HVAC companies that 1) serve my area, 2) service oil furnaces, and 3) have good reviews. Yeatts immediately was one of the top contenders of my list as reviews reflected that of knowledge, honesty, and value. So I called first thing on a Monday. I gave them address and asked for pricing and scheduled an appt for the upcoming Wednesday. The representative said they would charge $132 for a one hour service call and gave me a timeframe to expect technician. I had called one other place before Yeatts and they were less expensive, however they did not have availability for 2 weeks. So I was okay with the higher price for my convenience.
