Mac’s plumbing Llc

Mac's plumbing's customer service is what prompted me to submit this review. In terms of communication, they were educating me along the way with showing what the possible issues there were, what causes them, and how it can be mitigated. In terms of costs, they're willing to work with the customer as well. All in all, they were respectful, friendly, they take your time and money into consideration, and i definitely recommend them for anybody out there. Thank you guys again! I found Mac's plumbing via Google and can attest to all the positive reviews and accolades. I had a faucet repair and Milton was extremely knowledgeable, kind and explained how he went about repairing everything so that I myself was informed. During my appointment, Milton also noticed my toilet was making a strange sound (which I was already aware of and have been wanting to get checked out, but have just been putting if off) and volunteered to take a look. Lo and behold, I no longer have that strange sound. :) Following my appointment, Milton also followed up to check-in and ensure everything was going great with the repairs. Stellar customer service. Mac's Plumbing, owned by Milton Chacon, did a fantastic job taking care of all my plumbing needs to prepare my home for sale.
