Very happy with Air Treatment and the entire team. This is the second time using this company and we will absolutely use again (although hopefully not anytime soon!) We recently needed them for two difficult ductwork problems in an older home in Fairfax. Not only did they tackle both issues but they were responsive and offered options along the way. We had tried working with NUMEROUS HVAC companies before this with many showing up to provide no estimate, a ridiculous estimate, no follow thru or solutions that required thousands of unecessary dollars. Phil and team, tackled a complicated replacement of decades old ductwork in the basement, beneath the house and recently the attic. We are a longtime Air Treatment Co. customer (Platinum Plan annual contract) and have always appreciated the professionalism and proactive maintenance. This morning (25 degrees outside) our upper level Carrier unit shut down and with the outage the interior temperature also began to drop. Fortunately, the staff at Air Treatment were able to get us on the (packed) schedule for emergency service and the expert technician was able to fix the unit this evening. Thank you!
