Ty came out and provided a very professional and detailed explanation of what the previous roofer had done wrong and how Best Roofers would correct the problem. He provided a detailed estimate at a competitive price. I received a few other estimates but Best Roofers appeared to be the best choice so I went with them. They were able to do the work within one week's time which was critical in light of the fact that our roof had serious problems and a storm that was part of Hurricane Ian was approaching. They did the work in two days and did a great job. Ty and his crew kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing throughout the process.
