Gary Miller from One hour Heating and air conditioning was Professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. He had a pleasant demeanor and was friendly. He waited until he was sure that my air conditioning unit was working as expected before leaving my house. I was very pleased with his professionalism.

Feliz Hernandez was extremely courteous, respectful, patient and informative. He took his time to inspect the quality of work done from a previous fellow employee and found everything to be in good working order. His customer service was bar none and he was exceptional at explaining the products that would make the best sense for my needs. Great company policy of validating their work and sending out amazing workers. I've had a great experience with everyone who came to the house.

Worst installer I’ve ever dealt with. Impolite (speaking Spanish all day in my home). 13 1/2 hours the first day, screwed up the equipment and was here until 11:30 pm. 14 1/2 hours the 2nd day, still could not get unit to run, was here until almost 12:30 am. Drilled unnecessary holes in wall. Left horrendous looking piping inside. Unit he installed inside did not fit (argued about it until I proved it, then said he would just bend stuff out of the way). Had to have another team come out (day 3). Fixed all of the screw ups, system running great. All in Under 6 hours. Service: Installation
