Repaired crown trim in kitchen. Started installing front custom storm door. Unfortunately the handles and hinges I had purchased were not correct. They took the install as far as they could. Service: General repairs

Called to replace an interior bedroom door. First technician came out and did an incredibly poor job. Typically my wife and I would be able and willing to do the task, but with a newborn baby, we figured we would hire it out and save the stress and energy. We should have done it ourselves. We told them exactly what we wanted, a flush white door to match the other rooms in the hallway. First off, the tech came to the house and measured the door and went to Home Depot to pick up the door. He said he would do most of the work outside because of the baby and install it. I trusted he got the door we agreed to and didn't pay him much attention until the job was complete. He installed the wrong door, a 6 panel door, not a flush door and the work was incredibly sloppy. His excuse was it was the only one in stock. I called the main office, where they were actually very helpful in fixing the issue and sent out a second technician to fix it. I went to Home Depot myself to verify the door we
